DESCRIPTION:Sheryl Faye Performance Thursday\, July 9 – 1:30 pm we are excited to welcome Sheryl Faye to the Enfield Senior Center for a special one-woman performance portraying Eleanor Roosevelt. Sheryl Faye is an award-winning\, internationally touring actress and an honors graduate of Emerson College\, known for bringing historical figures to life through powerful storytelling. In this inspiring program\, Sheryl portrays Eleanor Roosevelt\, who overcame a difficult childhood to become the longest serving First Lady of the United States\, a champion for women’s rights\, civil rights\, and refugees\, a delegate to the United Nations\, and one of the most admired and influential figures of the 20th century. Advance tickets are required and may be picked up at the Senior Center Front Desk. Seating is limited\, so tickets will be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis. Please bring your ticket with you on the day of the event\, as it will be required for admission. \nEnfield Senior Center\, 299 Elm Street in Enfield\, CT.
