Substituting audio recording and slides for her senses, Sheryl compensated for her character’s sight and hearing disabilities. The energy that Sheryl brought to the programs was extraordinary. This is a very physical performance. Sheryl followed Helen from her impossible behavior as a child to her emergence as an educated and accomplished woman of the world. The audience was entranced and many have asked for Sheryl to come back as another character. I’ll be inviting Sheryl to do just that.

Her portrayal of Anne Frank was extremely moving – she managed to tie history and Anne’s personal story together in such a way that it touched everyone in the audience, both young and old. Our patrons have asked that we host another program with her – perhaps Abigail Adams!
Agawam, MA Public Library – Sheryl delivered a very moving and poignant performance, perfectly capturing the nuances of a 14 year old girl! Her set was simple, yet very effective. Sheryl was very organized and handled the audience with ease.
Lancaster School – Well done. Performance was excellent! The performance has definitely sparked their interest and I am looking forward to seeing their continued enthusiasm. Thank you!
Martinson Elementary School – Excellent performance! Anne Frank’s story was well portrayed and engaging from beginning to end. The conclusion of the show was very powerful and caught me off guard even though I knew what was coming. ~ Chantal Frenette, teacher
Cooperative Middle School – This presentation was well done. It kept me captivated from start to finish. It highlighted and summarized how real people were affected by Nazi cruelty. I thought it was a very powerful play. It was very informative and it really showed you what these women went through! We loved the different characters perspectives. You are a great actress and shared your emotion with us and made us feel it too. Your timing was excellent!
Slater Library, CT – Thank you Sheryl Faye for a moving performance as Anne Frank. we chuckled at the antics of a young girl pushing towards adulthood, and had tears in our eyes for the fear and hatred that pushed humanity into one of it’s lowest times in history. A truly heart wrenching and thought provoking presentation.
Brighton Public Library – Sheryl Faye does a marvelous job in bringing Anne Frank’s experience
vividly to life. The props that she uses and recordings also enhances the performance.
Everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed the presentation.

Abigail Adams
Erving Public Library – I can not say enough about Sheryl Faye’s performances. The evening performance, Abigail Adams, was held at the town’s Sr.-Community Center for children and adults. Sheryl mesmerized the audience during the performance. During the Q&A They also asked what other shows she performed. The follow up question, “When are you coming back so we can see Eleanor Roosevelt?” , speaks volumes about Sheryl’s performance and her ability to connect with an audience of any age. This performance was enjoyable and enthralled the audience just as much. I noticed the person assigned to take pictures was not ‘doing her job’, so I went over to ask her to take more pictures. Her reply says it all, “I’m sorry, I was so caught up in the show, I forgot”. After the show people couldn’t stop talking about her performance. This is the second year we have had Sheryl perform 2 shows. While Sheryl was packing to leave, the school librarian and I started making plans for Sheryl’s performance next year. I highly recommend Sheryl Faye Presents Historical Women.
Susan B Anthony
Beyond fabulous! I felt like I was truly in the room with Susan B. Anthony. Thank you Sheryl. I look forward to attending more of your presentations!!
Evergreen Place, NH – The flagship of any performance is how you connect to an audience. My residents were absolutely engaged and invested in your performance. They are still talking about it this morning. As for me I laughed when you laughed, cried when you cried. you are a wonderful performer and we cannot wait to have you back.
Sally Ride
Very good! She just came to our school as Sally Ride, and was very engaging! Great job!
John Curtis Free Library – We have had Sheryl twice, and she has surpassed expectations every time – and, yes, we will have her back again! UPDATE: Yes, we HAVE had her back – virtually this time – and as usual, she was excellent! Thoroughly researched, yet accessible to a wide audience, these performances are well worth it!
